Our vendor relationships are an important aspect of our diversity and inclusion strategy. To be the best at what we do, we must continue to support the next generation of minority and women-owned businesses and diverse vendors by ensuring they are integrated into our merchandising and business development strategies. We also continue to build a viable pipeline of diverse vendors through ongoing training and development, by establishing new relationships and partner opportunities, through new retail models like The Market @ Macy’s, and by focusing on establishing a meaningful presence in our various distribution channels – in store, online and on our mobile app.
